Exchange Policy

 

i) All goods sold are only exchangeable in the following circumstances:

– The colour of the items we delivered is not the colour you have ordered

– The size of the items we delivered is not the size you have ordered

ii) There will be no exchanges for items that are already worn or washed.

iii) Exchanges must be done within 5 days of purchase date

Refund Policy

 

i) All goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.

ii) A full refund of the product paid will be made only if:

– The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.

– Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed and mailed.

Please email us within 24 hours after payment if you wish to cancel the order.

There will be no refunds if order has already been processed and mailed.

iii) If you feel that the item is defective, please email us immediately upon receiving the item and we will look into the matter immediately. Please quote your order number in the  subject of the email.

1. Your Order Number
2. Product code or name and details of defective item
3. Picture of defects

Refunds will be subject to a case-by-case basis.

How do I calculate my delivery charges?

 

Delivery charges for normal postage will be S$1.50 and S$0.50 per subsequent item.

For example,

3 Tees: S$1.50 + S$0.50 + S$0.50 = S$2.50

Delivery charges for Registered post (recommended) will require an additional S$2.24 on top of the charges for normal postage.

For example,

3 Tees: (S$1.50 + S$0.50 + S$0.50) + S$2.24 = S$4.74

What is the buying procedure?

 

You can purchase our Tees via the Order Page. Click on “link to order form”, fill it up and submit! Easy peasy 😀

Alternatively,

you can send us your orders via email.


Please include your Name, Contact Number, Desired Tee-shirt, Size, Quantity and your preferred mode of delivery and Address if applicable.

What if the tee I want is out of stock?

 

We only bring in limited quantities for each design, as a result, tees might be sold out quickly. We might bring in more if the tee is sold out.

However, that will depend on whether the tee is still in production. Therefore, grab your tees fast if it is still on our site!

Please contact us with regards, to the out of stock item, we will do our very best to help you.

When will I receive my Tee?

 

After receiving payment, we will proceed to send out your order within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

For example,

Payment received on Friday –> Order will be send out either on Tuesday or Wednesday
